This integration merges AhnLab's cloud service business unit with CloudMate, a cloud-native specialist that AhnLab took over in March.
The company explained that this consolidation aims to secure competitiveness in the rapidly growing cloud market by unifying its organizations. AhnLab integrated its MSP and other cloud service businesses into CloudMate.
“With the recent emphasis on generative artificial intelligence (AI), agile response and information security based on the cloud have become crucial," co-CEO of AhnLabCloudMate Ko Chang-Kyu said. "This integration will support more customers in utilizing secure cloud services.”
