Samsung Electronics Service, a service subsidiary of Samsung Electronics Co., announced on Tuesday that it topped all categories - home appliances, mobile phones, and computers - for after-sales service (AS) in the 2024 Korean Standard-Service Quality Index (KS-SQI) organized by the Korean Standards Association.
KS-SQI, a service quality evaluation jointly developed by the Korean Standards Association and Seoul National University Business School, ranks companies based on customer satisfaction.
Samsung Electronics Service has consistently held the top spot, ranking first in home appliance AS for 21 out of 23 surveys and maintaining the top position in mobile phone and computer AS for 21 and 23 years, respectively.
This year, the company received high marks in areas like professionalism and accuracy of service delivery, genuine customer empathy, and excellence in the service environment.
